Christmas Painting Art Lesson with Grade 7A
and Miss Snezhi
However different and inexplicable our holiday traditions may be, reviewing them through our students’ creative eye for painting remains forever the dearest present of them all. In the span of the past few weeks, art lessons have been primarily focused upon Christmas customs and festivities. Seventh graders unraveled their imagination in using watercolor and markers, applying various techniques like passe-partout or brush splashing. These allowed them to depict convincing snowflakes and patterns on their postcards and canvases. Everyone had a distinctive vision, however were always open to exchange quirky ideas with their classmates and welcome Miss Snezhi’s advice. With one week until our grand Christmas bazaar and exhibition, we are quivering with anticipation to contemplate these masterpieces and support their creative journey!
