SWIMMING (photo) Star Club Fit & Spa, Park Inn Hotel Swimming is a sport which influences the development of the entire body and is good for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While swimming, each muscle in the body is resulting in stronger and more flexible muscles. Swimming is an aerobic sport which improves cardiac health and increases lung capacity. This training is focused on the familiarization with different techniques and mastering different styles of swimming. Tennis Maleevi Tennis club Despite being generally perceived as an individual sport, tennis has an educational influence on children because it teaches discipline, respect, improves their dedication to a goal, their perseverance and striving for victory. The constant dynamics, the various strikes, the legs and body exercise, even keeping balance while striking from uncomfortable positions – each component of this sport exercises many muscles in the human body. The sport focuses on strengthening the body, learning and developing techniques and skills, the improvement of attention focus and the development of skills to predict the opponents’ moves. YOGA Club „Yoga Zdrave“ Yoga for children is a practice to obtain calm and balanced mind, healthy, energetic and flexible bodies and it teaches responsibility and discipline. The classes include fun activities and breathing exercises, suitable for children with different levels of ability. Emphasis is placed on the technique and accuracy of poses, and the importance of deep and regular breathing. The students develop their self-esteem, strength, attention, focus and concentration. Yoga strengthens physical health, muscle activity, flexibility, coordination, self-awareness, emotional intelligence and helps them to be confident and able to explore their feelings.
