KARATE AND TAEKWONDO
Evgeni Todorov is a world's champion in Taekwondo for veterans. The Japanese martial arts require strong spirit and provide clear rules of conduct and respect to others. The ultimate goal of Karate and Taekwondo is not the victory over the opponent, but the development of a perfect character, overcoming mental and physical pain, followed by strong discipline. Alongside mastering techniques and methods, the practice aims to develop qualities such as strength, speed, sense of time and distance, timing, rhythm and develop a strong spirit.
