Swimming is a sport which influences the development of the entire body and is good for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While swimming, each muscle in the body is resulting in stronger and more flexible muscles. Swimming is an aerobic sport which improves cardiac health and increases lung capacity. This training is focused on the familiarization with different techniques and mastering different styles of swimming.
